🚫 No Returns - Exchange Only on Damaged Items
We do not accept product returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we’ll happily exchange or replace it.
✅ Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
· The product must be physically damaged or defective upon delivery.
· You must raise the exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
· The product must be damaged or defective upon delivery.
· The product must be unused, and the original tag must be intact.
· The product must be in its original packaging with tag (box, pouch, and protective wrapping).
Once approved, we'll send a replacement or similar product of equal value within 2-3 working days or as soon as possible.

A similar item of equal value if the original is out of stock.
